Soccer Training Appointment Fee
Before a player can reserve an appointment with a trainer they must pay a $5 service fee online. This fee is received by the National Catalyst Alliance for its operational costs to provide the online appointment system, manage this website, approve possible location permits, and give trainers the support resources they need to provide players with quality training services. You are also helping your trainer reach higher levels of status as a Certified Personal Soccer Trainer by utilizing the online appointment system - called "SetMore" - to book each of your training sessions because one requirement for a trainer to be promoted is to complete a specified number of training hours (those hours can only be tracked when appointments are reserved by players using the online system).
Terms and Conditions:
If you reschedule the appointment more than 24 hours in advance to a new date/time then the $5 fee will be applied to the new reservation. If you cancel the appointment the $5 fee will be refunded to the card you first paid with. If you do not attend the reserved appointment or cancel with less than 24 hour notice then the $5 appointment fee is not refundable. If the trainer you want to book with is offering a special promotion, package discount, or free trial then you must still pay the $5 fee to make the date/time reservation. If you are unsatisfied with your trainer or training session the $5 appointment fee is still not refundable.
