"I am originally from Chicago. I moved out to San Diego 7 years ago for teaching and am currently the lead behavior specialist for a non-profit special education school. I have played and coached and been successful at some of the highest levels of soccer and I strive to help others achieve their goals. In training sessions, I start with basic observation of different skills and athleticism. I then breakdown each of those into very specific aspects that allows the player to focus on those small details that are preventing them from achieving the outcome they want. Through consistent feedback and discussion with players, they are able to learn more about themself and change their body's negative habits into a more desired performance. Every session is designed to work on weaknesses, identify and encourage strengths, and most importantly have fun! I am good at balancing hard physical work and mental concentration with a goofy, energetic attitude :) I advise players to always focus on their attitude first! Because diligence, skill, enjoyment, learning from mistakes, and accomplishment all start with the right attitude."
