"Throughout my soccer career I have experienced a wide range of coaching styles and techniques. Through these experiences, I have challenged myself to develop a soccer curriculum I believe to be most conducive to individual short and long term skill improvement. I strongly believe that athlete-centered coaching empowers players’ ability to lead on and off the field, all while promoting game intelligence and understanding. Learning game comprehension at a young age not only gives an enormous competitive advantage to players, but allows them to be able to focus on advancing their individual physical skill sets earlier on. My goal with every player is to identify and improve weaknesses while maximizing strengths. One on one coaching allows me the opportunity to individualize training sessions to suit each player, regardless of their current skill level. Every lesson is individualized in accordance to what I think the player needs, and what each player wishes to improve upon. In the end, my hope is to guide every player on their quest in reaching their highest potential, whether that be at the high school, collegiate, or professional level."
